<p>There’s so much great co-operative work going on across the borough. We want to celebrate this and give you a chance to be inspired and get involved. On Wednesday the town centre will be filled with more than 15 organisations and community groups – each one promoting the great work they do.</p>

<p>Learn how to grow your own veg and plants with Oldham’s Environmental Services Team, find out about more opportunities with Oldham’s Lifelong Learning Centre, see what Mahdlo have on offer and taste what Real Junk Food Oldham have been cooking up. There will even be fencing demonstrations and if you’re unlucky enough, a Dalek invasion.</p>

<p>Our Green Dividend Fund team will also be on hand, as well as Action Together, Positive Steps and much more.</p>

<p>You’ll also get the opportunity to attend one of our Street Wisdom walks. These sessions give you the opportunity to really focus on the world around you, taking in the signs and signals that we normally don’t notice.</p>
