The Sound of Stott with Brighter Sound at Gallery Oldham (ages 8-12)

Description

Explore sound and art, and create a live soundtrack from a still image with Brighter Sound at Gallery Oldham this half term.

This two hour workshop invites children aged 8-12 to explore, experiment and have fun creating sounds inspired by the work of the world famous Oldham-born artist William Stott. Children will interact with the exhibition and the narratives within them, to create a musical story with sounds within the gallery, electronics and acoustic instruments.

Activity will take place within the exhibition space.
