A chance to show your work as part of an exciting exhibition at Gallery Oldham The Oldham Open 2019 - Pick up your paintbrush, fire up the kiln and get snapping with that camera!
The Oldham Open exhibition is back at Gallery Oldham for another year and is open to artists of all ages who live, work or study in Oldham. The exhibition opens in September and Gallery Oldham are asking for your entries.
The exhibition will open: Friday 20 September – Saturday 30 November 2019 at Gallery Oldham.

The entry form contains all the guidance, dates and important details you’ll need when planning for this exhibition.
Over the years the Oldham Open has featured oils, watercolours, photography, wood carving, stone carving, jewellery, textiles and even a kite. A variety of media will be accepted. Although, previous submissions will not be accepted.

This is your chance to showcase your work as part of The Oldham Open 2019. The exhibition is open to artists of all ages who live, work or study in Oldham. Artists may submit one or two pieces of work and we welcome work in a variety of media, such as drawings, paintings, photographs, textiles, ceramics, jewellery, sculpture, film and video. Previous submissions will not be accepted.
Delivery days Please bring your works to Gallery Oldham at the following times: 5 – 7 September between 10am–4pm.

Road Directions
Free town centre parking : You can park for free for up to 3 hours on all Council owned town centre car parks (listed below) every Saturday and Sunday. To qualify for this offer you must take a ticket from the pay and display machine for the length of time you are intending to stay.
Council owned town centre car parks: Civic Centre, Waterloo Street, Southgate Street, Bow Street, Bradshaw Street, Rock Street, Tommyfield (No Return Within 3 Hours) and New Radcliffe Street
What to do:
To take advantage of this offer you must take a ticket from the pay and display machine for the length of time you intend to stay. The ticket must be clearly displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle before you leave the car park. If you want to park for longer than 3 hours you must pay at the pay and display machine for the entire length of your stay. You can also park for up to 30 minutes on-street, seven days a week when you take a ticket from the pay and display machine.

The Metrolink route through the heart of Oldham drops you just two minutes from our door. Gallery Oldham provides a wide range of exhibitions and activities targeted at different audiences of all ages within Oldham and the surrounding area. From Oldham Central stop head towards Sainsbury’s car park and almost immediately you’ll see the building. Trams operate at least every 12 minutes in both directions.
