Duration 4 miles (gentle)

Visit the Castleshaw Valley: Roman Fort sites, medieval grange, iron smelting, old routeways, early farming, domestic weaving and water mills. Many stiles so no dogs. Community toilet facilities in Delph pubs.

Unless stated -  all the EXPLORE! The South Pennines Park Walk and Ride Festival events are free, but a donation towards the 2020 Festival would be appreciated.
