Description

Listen to hundreds of talented young and community musicians as they rock the town centre with the return of the popular Oldham Music Centre Summer Festival.

The free festival takes place on Saturday 8 July 2023, 10am – 7pm in Oldham Town Centre.

There will be more than 50 performances throughout the day across two stages and at the Lyceum.

Visitors can enjoy a feast of tunes from Oldham Music Centre bands, choirs, brass bands, guitarists, orchestras, rock bands and choirs, to name just a few.

The performers range from the centre's youngest musicians who are only 7 or 8 years old, to some of the more experienced members of the community ensembles.

To learn more about Oldham Music Centre or to get in touch, visit www.oldham.gov.uk/music or call 0161 770 5660.
