<p>Jenny Thomas will be talking about why she decided to swap her sedentary lifestyle to trek to Everest Base Camp in 2013, the adventures she had on the way, and the subsequent charity work she got involved with. She will also share some stories following her most recent trip to visit a school located high in the Himalayas.</p>
