<p>Oldham Flower Festival 2017</p>

<p>Make sure you head over to Parliament Square on Saturday 15 July for Oldham’s annual Flower Festival, 11am -4pm.</p>

<p>With demonstrations from TV’s star gardener Katie Rushworth, planting and craft activities for the children, tall tale sessions in our Shed of Stories, and an opportunity to meet the Very Hungry Caterpillar, you don’t want to miss out.</p>

<p>The fun doesn’t stop there though because there is a hive of activity down at Gallery Oldham for Bee Day, so make sure you pop over.</p>

<p>With various family activities taking place including honey tasting sessions and a chance to meet Oldham’s resident bees and beekeeping experts, there is also be a showing of Bee Movie (U) at Oldham Library, 2pm, £3.50. So the place will be buzzing.</p>
