THE ONLY FREE COMIC CON EVENT IN THE UK!
Join us for a day of celebrating those who have drawn, written and published your favourite monsters, mutants and marvels. Discover new comics, art and the fabulous people behind them too.
This year we have guests who have worked on Batman, Wonder Woman, the Witching Hour, Marvel comics Amazing Spider man, the Immortal Hulk, Judge Dredd and many more.
Everybody is welcome to attend and if you already have a passion or curiosity for comics, this event is perfect for you.
As always we do encourage attendees to dress-up but it’s not required.

Road Directions
Free town centre parking : You can park for free for up to 3 hours on all Council owned town centre car parks every Saturday and Sunday. To qualify for this offer you must take a ticket from the pay and display machine for the length of time you are intending to stay.
Council owned town centre car parks: Civic Centre, Waterloo Street, Southgate Street, Bow Street, Bradshaw Street, Rock Street, Tommyfield (No Return Within 3 Hours) and New Radcliffe Street
What to do:
To take advantage of this offer you must take a ticket from the pay and display machine for the length of time you intend to stay. The ticket must be clearly displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle before you leave the car park. If you want to park for longer than 3 hours you must pay at the pay and display machine for the entire length of your stay. You can also park for up to 30 minutes on-street, seven days a week when you take a ticket from the pay and display machine.

With more than 15,000 sq ft of space, a dance floor of 4,760 sq ft capable of accommodating up to 1,500 people for a stand up concert and three large bars, the QE Hall is Oldham’s premier large event venue. It’s also home to large scale concerts, famous names and sporting events. The nearest stop is Oldham King Street (2-3 minutes walk).
