THis event is part of Oldham Histories Festival 2018
This September, Gallery Oldham is delighted to be taking part in Heritage Open Days and the broader month long festival celebrating local history. Oldham Histories Festival is your chance to find out more about the people, places, buildings and stories in your area.
From talks to walks there’s plenty to discover, whether you’re interested in architecture or heritage or just curious about the history
around you. All events are free, and there’s no need to book, unless otherwise stated in the event description.
A wide range of organisations and local buildings are involved in the Festival. Make sure you visit Oldham Archives and Local Studies Library to take part in their range of talks. And take a chance to see inside a range of local buildings, join in a guided walk or even a ghost walk!
