<p>The third and final EPIC Talk will focus on the work currently happening in the public sector to improve lives, health and wellbeing, employment and the industry in Oldham.</p>

<p>Julia Unwin CBE, Former Chief Executive of Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust</p>

<p>Liz Windsor-Welsh, Chief Executive of Action Together</p>

<p>Indy Johar, architect and co-founder of 00 (project00.cc), Senior Innovation Associate with the Young Foundation and Visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield.</p>
