Cotton Clouds Festival 16th and 17th August 2019
Saddleworth Cricket Club, Greenfield, Oldham
Cotton Clouds Festival returns in 2019 after a stunning sold out debut resulted in being shortlisted for Best New Festival at the UK Festival Awards.
Situated in the old, industrial textile powerhouse of Saddleworth, just a short 30 minute trip by car or train east of Manchester; and set against the picturesque vista of the stunning Peak District National Park, Cotton Clouds is a beautiful independent festival with its feet firmly off the ground.
Every August, Cotton Clouds, run by a young passionate team of Oldham-ers, brings world-renowned acts to the borough whilst giving local emerging artists a chance to play alongside them.

We strongly urge local attendees to walk or take public transport to Cotton Clouds Festival to minimise congestion on the day.
Parking There are very limited parking facilities at the festival. These are available on a first come, first serve basis and will be charged at £5 per day. Due to the limited facilities available on site, we cannot guarantee parking will be available and we strongly recommend that festival attendees use public transport, taxis or arrive on foot to the festival. Parking will be charged and there will be no overnight parking available.
Public Transport Directions
Trains Saddleworth Cricket Club is located less than a mile from Greenfield Train Station and 1.4 miles from Mossley Train Station. Both are on the Huddersfield line running between Manchester Victoria and Huddersfield every hour. A full breakdown of train times is available from the National Rail website here. Buses Saddleworth Cricket Club is located on Well-I-Hole Rd in Greenfield, Oldham. Buses passing the site (that stop at The Royal George pub) are numbers 350 (going to and from Oldham and Ashton) and 354 (going to and from Ashton and Denshaw).
