Children and Young People's Canoeing and Kayaking Event

Alexandra Park, Kings Road car park. OL8 2BH

Wednesday 30th October 2019 1pm to 3pm 

A Children and Young People's (aged 8-19 years) canoeing and kayaking event on the Lake in Alexandra Park accompanied by a dry Land Kayaking machine for anyone who wants to experience kayaking on dry land.  Relax and chill out in the beautiful surroundings of Alexandra Park...

Individuals can get involved on the day or we can take advance bookings from small groups...

All safety equipment and water craft will be provided. Children need to be aged at least 8 years old and able to swim 25 metres to go in a boat on their own. Staff and volunteers are British Canoeing and First Aid Trained and have Enhanced DBS checks.

The event is also FREE!
