The Towpath Bookshop

Description

The Towpath book shop is an Aladdin’s cave for booklovers and holds over 2000 books, mainly second hand but some new books from local authors. The shop boasts a wide selection of reading material and sells prints, cards, postcards and photographs by local artists and photographers. The Godfrey Edition reprints of Old Ordnance Survey Maps as well as the new OS Maps of the local area can be bought here and children can meet Gregory Bear a much loved glove puppet that is nearly 20 years old and a feature in the bookshop.
