OFF the Rails Comedy Club at the Royal George, Greenfield,

The last Sunday of the month show features the very best circuit comedians. Alan Carr, Jason Manford, and Jack Whitehall are just some of the acts that have graced this tiny stage.

Admission is £8.50 or £5 NUS. Pay on the door, buy advance tickets from the venue or online but concessions are only available on the night. The venue is fully licensed, sells JW Lees’ cask ales and has ample free parking. The nights usually get slightly more customers than there are seats so get here early if you don’t want to stand. Wheelchair users can be accomodated.

TOURING SHOWS

We host occasional touring shows throughout the year which gives an ideal opportunity to see well known acts up close in an intimate setting without silly bar prices or car parking charges.

FUNDRAISER SHOWS

We host several shows a year for local sports clubs and charities. We supply the comedians, sound, lights and all the advice you need for a great night and to raise serious money for your cause.

PREVIEW SHOWS

We seem to have gained a bit of a reputation for these! Before a comic goes on tour they want to run the show through in front of a small audience to iron out any wrinkles. The good news for you is big names at tiny prices! John Bishop, Sarah Millican, Dave Spikey, Justin Moorhouse, Alun Cochrane and Rob Rouse have all previewed at Off The Rails. THE RULES

We want everyone to have a great night at Off The Rails so we have a couple of rules. Turn off your mobile and please don’t chat when the acts are on stage. We’re a relatively small room and sound carries very easily. Anyone deemed to be spoiling the show for the majority will be asked to leave.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY

On our ‘normal’, last Sunday of the month shows, we can only refund or reallocate in event of a show not going ahead and not due to line up changes. If a warm up, or touring show, is postponed or cancelled we will offer a full refund of the face price of the ticket. We are unable to refund booking fees.
