Welcome to Donkeystone Brewing Co, we are a new and exciting microbrewery producing craft ales in the hills of Saddleworth, creating great-tasting seasonal ales. Our creative yet tasteful ales have a distinctive, thirst-quenching vibe, with many new and original flavours ready to try. We are passionate about brewing, making beer driven by quality and taste, for the pleasure of proper beer drinkers. We can meet and greet you and give you some expert advice about the ale we have on offer, whilst introducing you to a whole new beer tasting experience.From our recently installed custom built 10bbl brewery in Greenfield, Saddleworth, we take a modern approach to the production of craft ale, making beer in the best possible way. With our own unmistakable style we brew beers for real ale drinkers, and have many new and exciting craft ales to offer you from our brewery shop, or online through our website.
 
You can sample our unique range of craft ales at our brewery tap and savour the flavour of tasty, handmade beer. Whether it’s our craft ales such as DPA or DAPA or our more traditional real ales like BRAY and Bad Ass Blonde, all of our beers are properly crafted ales made with the finest barley, hops and yeast to deliver the perfect finish.
