A delightful 19th Century coaching inn with a comfortable lounge, bar and dining area. The inn has recently undergone a huge refurbishment to bring the building back to life. Local produce and a lovely setting are the hallmarks of The Waggon Inn.

Four beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms are newly renovated to a very high standard. Our twin room has a walk in wet room and our doubles a power shower and bath All.bedrooms are equipped with large flat screen TV's, hair dryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with tea and coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are located on the first floor of The Waggon Inn. The first floor is only accessible through a flight of stairs.

There is a large car park.

Canal boat trips run from opposite the Waggon, along the Huddersfield Narrow Canal and next to the Saddleworth Museum and Art galery - well worth a visit.

Should you wish to dine in our restaurant please make separate arrangements by contacting us directly as our restaurant is often fully booked and therefore cannot guarantee residents a table.

We are a very busy and lively pub and restaurant and therefore not ideally suited for children

Due to the nature of our business and our location on the High Street in a bustling village noise may travel into our rooms which are situated above our bar and restaurant
