Delightful Five Star standard accommodation in a rural position close to the village of Delph and at the start of the Castleshaw Valley on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border. Located on the edge of the Saddleworth Moors and Peak District National Park,this Delph accomodation is full of character, with wonderful beams and stone flagged floors plus a very cosy woodburner. Sleeps 3. Minimum 2 night stay. not suitable for children

The accommodation is full of old world charm with beamed ceiling,flag floors and wood burner (wood provided). The downstairs area features a comfortable sitting room with satellite television,playstation, books and local interest information. French windows lead out to a patio area with dining table and chairs. The open plan kitchen features granite work surfaces, washing machine and all necessary implements for self catering. The upstairs comprises of double bedroom with new premium John Lewis double mattress and single bedroom both with individual en suites. Bed linen and towels are provided. Sleep 3.

Guests use their own entrance and have access to patio and small garden area. The hosts live on site and are available at most times for guests.
