A self contained luxury apartment just 3 minutes walk from the lively centre of Uppermill in the heart of Saddleworth near Manchester. Located on the lower ground floor of the owners house, the apartment has its own private access plus off road parking for 1 car. Guests have access to a large terrace with views over the beautiful mature garden . There is 1 double bedroom with King size bed, en-suite shower room plus large open plan living area with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. (sleeps 4)

The apartment has a large and comfortable living area with views over the garden. There are two sofas one of which is a large double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, kettle, microwave and toaster, plus there is a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread and jam are provided. Free Wifi is available and there is a 50 inch smart TV plus DVD player. Use of a washing machine and tumble dryer can be made available if required as they are located in the garage.

There is a large driveway and guests are welcome to park there cars on the left hand side near the fence and in front of the security gates. Access to the apartment is at the rear of the house via security gates that have an access control panel to gain entry . The key to the apartment will be available to collect from the owners, June and Ian, at the front door of the property. Or if we are not able to meet guests the key will be left in a security box located at the rear of the house adjacent to the entrance door. The access code will be released to guests once your booking is confirmed.
