Quick Edge Cottage is located next to the Oldham Way with open farmland to the rear leading to the village of Lydgate. there is a private garden and patio and ample parking. The lounge features a colour TV with freeview and DVD. The fully fitted kitchen/diner has a hob and opven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. Wifi is available.

The bathroom has ample hot water provided by a multipoint heater and also has a shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a single. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a  flat screen T.V.
The second twin bedroom makes this cottage ideal for families with children. There is also a Sofa bed in the lounge so Quick Cottage sleeps 5/7 people. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

A complimentary pack including tea, coffee, sugar and milk also washing up liquid and cloths,hand wash and toilet rolls are provided.

The cottage is on the corner of a quiet private lane surrounded by hills with fields and horses to the rear. Shops are close by and there is a patio area with a small table and chairs.
