Description
Welcome to Pots and Pans Cottage, a beautiful holiday home in Uppermill in the heart of Saddleworth.
Pots and Pans Cottage was built in the late 18th Century and is full of charm and character.
The cottage is located in a small and quiet hamlet about 10 minutes walk from the bustling village of Uppermill in Saddleworth and retains many original features, but is fully modernised to a very high standard, it also home to a selection of art and artefacts from our travels around the world.
There is a designated parking spot close to the cottage (less than 1 minute walk). The cottage is tucked away, so although there is a garden there isn't any space for a parking spot right outside, this does however mean that the cottage has no passing traffic and is very private.
There are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bath, one ensuite), a cosy lounge and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. The decked garden and gazebo for outdoor dining is perfect to enjoy the tranquility of Saddleworth.
Uppermill has a lively cafe and restaurant scene, with lots of traditional pubs and interesting independent shops. The train station in Greenfield is less than a mile away with regular trains to Manchester and Yorkshire.
Manchester is a 35 minute drive away and easily commutable, behind the cottage is easy access to the open Peak District for excellent walking.
A 10% discount is offered to returning guests and discounts are also offered to guests wishing to book for a full week or month.
