Elegantly decorated rooms and pristine en-suite bathrooms which the majority of the rooms have been modernised in October 2015 and an exceptionally friendly welcome awaits you at Oak House B&B, a popular bed and breakfast in the heart of Shaw, North Manchester.

At the foot of the Pennine Hills and only 10 miles from Manchester City Centre, Shaw is the perfect setting for a relaxing break, business city centre commutes or the ideal location to explore the many attractions that the area has to offer.

Oak House B&B is a small bed and breakfast. Please note we are not a 24 hour hotel therefore we kindly ask that all guests provide an approximate time of arrival as we are not always here. Check in times are 1pm-10pm. 

Our 7 en-suite bedrooms have been cleverly designed to encorporate the comfort of being at home and the functionality of being in a well-equipped hotel. The result is a welcoming, relaxed and homely environment, which is guaranteed to provide both a rest and recreational experience for our guests. Free wifi is available throughout the building

Oak House B&B is a stylish, detached, period home, with ample free private parking. Each room is equipped with double or single beds, 32inch flat screen TV's, tea and coffee making facilities and 7 brand new well modernised bathrooms with showers or baths. We also have family rooms available.

Our large and sunny dining room is for the exclusive use of guests, not just whilst enjoying our hearty, delicious breakfasts but for a relaxing space.
