The Apartment has under floor heating throughout and has a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.The kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.The double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe storage. The bed can be made into twins if required. The Lounge has a 3 piece Caned Bergere suite, TV, DVD with free sat and a 4 place dining suite.

Outside the apartment there is an extensive area for parking, and a sheltered, private patio area which overlooks the valley.
Access to Millstone Apartment is from Denshaw Road, down a lane to Mill Barn and Millstone Apartment is at the rear.
Delph Village is two minutes away by car and a very pleasant 20 minute walk down public footpaths through the valley.

Oldham town centre is 6 miles away and Manchester 12 miles.

Dogs are welcome. We have two Gordon Setters, Robbie and Roxie.
