Free WiFi is offered. The Holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. There's a bathroom with a bath.

Guests can go fishing or relax in the garden.

Manchester is 15 miles away, while Leeds is 29 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Manchester Airport, 28 miles from the property. 

The property is a semi-detached barn conversion which boasts impressive views of the Pennines. Despite its rural surroundings of rugged moorland, the cottage is also just a short car ride from the neighbouring villages, which holds host to a number of great country pubs and eateries. There is also handy motorway links within a few minutes drive. The location is ideal for ramblers and walkers with bridleways and footpaths on all sides of the property.

The two properties' are separated by a door which is locked from both sides in order to ensure your privacy. As Edge Gate is a working farm, our family will be in residency the majority of the time so do not hesitate to ring or call round if you have any queries or problems, we're happy to help.

We have two ponds on site. We ask that you ensure children are supervised around them at all times. One is a wildlife pond which is home to a whole host of creatures; it is great for kids to explore, that being said it is vital that the creatures are treated with respect and anything that is caught must be put back into the pond. Feel free to treat the garden as your own.

As we are a working farm there are dangers to children, including live stock and machinery, we must stress that due to this and the ponds children must be supervised.
